Most exterior projects in this valley pass through three or four contractors before they're done: an excavator, a wall builder, an irrigation company, a planting crew. Every handoff is a place for grades to drift, sleeves to be missed and schedules to slip.
Ridgeline runs the whole sequence with its own crews and equipment. We dig the site, shape it, drain it, build the walls and patios, install the irrigation and put in the plants. The site is built once, in order, by people accountable for the finished result.

The same company excavates the site, builds the walls, runs the irrigation and installs the plants. Grades, sleeves and drainage are coordinated because the same people own all of them.

Freeze-thaw, snow load, spring melt, steep grades, tight access and a short season. Base depth, drainage and material choices are decided for this climate, not a milder one.

Details that hold up
Installed trees, shrubs and perennials carry a one-year warranty. Every excavation starts with a Colorado 811 locate. We don't backfill a septic system before the county has inspected it.

Ridgeline is based in Carbondale and works the length of the Roaring Fork Valley, from Aspen and Snowmass Village down to Glenwood Springs and New Castle, and into the surrounding communities of Western Colorado within roughly one to two hours.
We know this ground: the cobble under the valley floor, the clay on the mesas, the way snowmelt moves across a hillside lot in May, how short the season is at 8,000 feet and what freeze-thaw does to work that was built for a softer climate.
